Emails: Disconnected Dialogue

Emails are convenient but are often simplistic communication tools with negative consequences.

Emails are clearly a blessing to business, but they may also be extremely problematic.  They can never replace direct, real-time dialogue that helps ensure thoughtful and consistent understanding between all parties.  Although currently woven into virtually every aspect of our business culture, it is important to make everyone aware of the advantages and disadvantages of their use.
