Be Friendly

As organizations grow, they, naturally, can become less friendly unless simple actions are taken.

As an organization grows, building and maintaining social relationships between all individuals becomes difficult.  Heads-down work in individual silos can quickly replace the friendly “all for one” spirit de corps attitudes that once existed.  Implementing simple activities that can help maintain or re-establish a friendly, positive attitude across the entire organization is easy.
