Everyone is Important

Avoid actions or segmentation that can inadvertently divide the employee population.

It is easy to inadvertently treat certain groups or individuals differently creating an “us versus them” environment that can negatively impact morale across the organization.  Implementing a few programs and avoiding some actual segmentation can minimize this issue and establish a cultural norm of equality and fairness that can counter any negative, real or perceived, events that can lead to the “us versus them” feeling.
