Decision Acid Test

Develop a standard process to reconsider decisions to help ensure that they are correct.

It is easy to unintentionally follow false paths during any decision-making process.  What may seem to be a straightforward, logical decision may, in fact, not stand up to the test of time or scrutiny by others.  Recognizing that this situation can, and probably will, occur, a few simple process steps can be implemented to help avoid or correct this situation when new information or events occur.
