Difference Between Managers and Leaders

Some individuals are managers, while others are leaders, and some are both.

In our professional and private lives, we all interact with individuals who are both managers and leaders, as well as with individuals who, through their actions, exhibit far more traits in one classification than the other.  Understanding that there are differences and considering those differences when interacting with others is an important step in promoting an effective environment.
