Sound business practices should be followed by both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

The generalizations about the “greedy motives” of for-profit organizations and the “naïve actions” of non-profit organizations are false.   In fact, there are remarkable similarities between both types of these organizations.  So, similar operational approaches and practices are valid.
