What makes you think a competitor will not or cannot close the gap between you and them.
It is easy to discount competition and think of all the reasons why you are better than them. Unfortunately, most likely, your competitors are thinking the exact same thing. Both of you cannot be correct. You must objectively examine why you think you will win and, equally importantly, objectively think about why your competitors will lose. You need to do this before the customer acquisition battle begins.
