What You and Others Learned

List what you learned during interviews and what you think the interviewers learned about you.

During the interview, impressions, data, information, and both positive and negative surprises are constantly absorbed by both the candidate and the interviewers.  Taking time after the interview to review all this new-found knowledge will significantly help the candidate more accurately assess their performance and the potential position and their fit.  The review exercise consists of two equally important parts:  What the candidate learned about the company and what the candidate thinks the interviewers learned about them.
