It is easy to make simple decisions today that can have long-term negative consequences.

In the early days, entrepreneurs are faced with many questions and issues.  It is easy to make quick decisions and take quick actions that, at the time, seem to be correct.  Often, little time is taken to carefully consider the possible long-term consequences of those actions.  “Getting things off the plate” seems to be the only approach to survival.  Unfortunately, many of those items can have severe, even fatal, consequences later.  Many entrepreneurs make several common errors.
