Scratch the Itch

Address disappointing results with others nonconfrontationally to help resolve the issue.

Like a persistent itch, perceived issues with co-workers or employees seldom resolve themselves independently.  It takes specific action to resolve the situation.  In the workplace, issues often result from simple misunderstandings of what is expected and when it should occur.  Addressing the situation in a nonconfrontational manner can usually resolve the situation and will probably prevent it from happening again.
