Risk Assessment Tool: Basic

This is an easy-to-use tool to identify and quantify risks a company may face.

In addition to providing a means to capture and rate the likelihood and severity of identified potential risks, this version of the Excel™ based tool includes the ability to enter several fields to help categorize the issues.  They are Controlled By, Primary Impact, and Second Impact.   The tool, using the Excel AutoFilter function, allows the list to be sorted by any of the data fields.
