This is an easy-to-use tool to identify and quantify risks a company may face.
This version of the Excel™ based tool includes all of the categories available in the Basic version of the tool. Additionally, it includes eight Macros to automate some of the viewing functions. Two character-based bar charts for each identified issue are also shown. They are visual representations of the sum of likelihood and severity of each issue. When the total is above a user-specified threshold the bars are turned red. One bar chart shows the sum for each item, while the other blanks out any bar chart whose issue is resolved. This file includes Macros, so it can be downloaded but cannot be viewed on the site.
