Partner revenue sharing is an excellent method for growing a business, but it requires agreeing on many key issues.

Few early-stage companies have all the necessary resources available to grow their business.  Forming mutually beneficial arrangements with companies that can help fill some of the gaps can be an effective way to address many of the issues and demands that companies face.  In most cases, the partner will require compensation for their involvement.  Revenue sharing is often an excellent approach in providing an incentive for their involvement.  Although the concept is easy to grasp, many details must be addressed to ensure the relationship is fair for both parties.
