Process Example: Ordering Lunch Files

These are the five simple tools to create a process described in article 8.020201.

The five tools included are: Tool #1: Current Issues and Process Short Comings Double Vee Exercise, Tool #2: One Page Process Summary, Tool #3: Process Map, Tool #4: Process Description, and Tool #5: Responsibility Matrix.  These tools are intended to be models for virtually any process.  Not all of them are required.  Individual circumstances and the experience level of the individuals involved in the process will dictate their applicability.
