Partnerships: The Beginning, Not the End

Once a partnership arrangement is finalized, the real work begins to make it successful.

The agreement to form a partnership with a larger, more mature company is often viewed as an important milestone critical to the company’s growth, and perhaps even survival.  Formalizing an agreement can be significant, but it must be viewed as the beginning of a new way of doing business that must also consider the partner’s needs and desires.
