Sunk Costs Can Sink You

As they say, “what’s done is done”. Focus on the future, not the past.

When activities stray off course, it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that future events will correct past difficulties.   Sometimes this is true, but many times it is not.  Be willing to consider the consequences of moving forward, regrouping, terminating the activity, or starting anew.  Don’t let past events cloud the future.
