No Fences

Functional elements within an organization must develop fluid boundaries.

Organizational boundaries, with each group having different responsibilities for product development, are the standard mode of operation for virtually all companies.  Clearly defined deliverables are developed with the notion that when one element finishes, the other takes over is a common practice.  Unfortunately, it is flawed!  Change is constant, and deliverables must be fluid for developed products to remain relevant.
