Long-term growth is more easily achieved by focusing on expanding served markets
Increased profitable revenue in a growing market is a key ingredient to a company’s long-term success and, whether said or unsaid, is probably the fundamental strategy at the highest level of every organization. However, meeting this objective is not enough. In addition, increased revenue needs to be accompanied with increased market share. If that goal is also achieved, the company has positive proof that it is outperforming its competitors.
