Entrepreneurs have ideas and visions; Chief Everything Officers and Chief Expansion Officers make them real.
The journey from an idea to a successful business is long and hard, with many pitfalls along the way. Entrepreneurs identify a problem and its solution and quickly become Chief Everything Officers who begin to make the vision a reality. They cannot do it alone and must transition to become Chief Expansion Officers, adding the resources to fulfill their dream. This presentation has been given to the Marketing and Entrepreneurship class at Brookwood High School in Gwinnett County, GA. Except for the elevator pitch examples targeted toward high school-age entrepreneurs, the remainder of the presentation applies to all first-time entrepreneurs.
