Start Before You Start

Divorce yourself from your new idea and ask some fundamental questions before you commit.

There is a tremendous gap between an initial idea that could form the basis of a company and actually developing a realistic plan.  Several issues can be addressed to help formulate a plan before actually starting the business.  If entrepreneurs wait to address these issues until after they have started, they may be reluctant to stop if they discover some fatal flaws.
