Developing a fair and equitable sales compensation plan is in everyone’s best interest.

We all become driven by and masters of whatever measurement system is used to determine our performance.  Documenting the plan and allowing definitive calculations is the key to making a plan acceptable and nonambiguous.  This tool is a flexible approach to achieving that goal for both straight sales commission and sales compensation programs.  This tool is Excel™ based and is stored in a zip file format.  It can be downloaded but cannot be viewed on the site.
