One never knows when an opportunity to meet a Goliath will occur; be ready.

Just like in our personal lives, relationships can begin with chance encounters or through carefully orchestrated events and everything in between.  They all have one element in common: the importance of making a meaningful first impression.  To the recipient, the first comments may seem spontaneous, but for the originator, they may be carefully selected to set the proper expectations.
