The topline statement of your resume should focus on how you can help the company.

The top line statement of a resume is, without a doubt, the most important part of the entire document.  If it does not resonate with the reviewer, there is little chance they will take the time to read further.  Instead of attempting to impress reviewers with who you are and what you have done, focus on what the company needs and how you can help them.  They have a position to fill, so be specific about how you can do it.
