Don’t’ initially confuse your audience with details; sell the fundamental value proposition first.

In the excitement of spreading the word about a new product or service offering, it is easy to get caught up in its new and outstanding features and benefits.  Unfortunately, your assumption that your audience is as interested in your new offering’s details as you is probably incorrect, or at least they may not be as interested in them now.  Keep your messages simple and memorable so that others are inclined to look and listen when they feel appropriate.
