It’s a Continuum

Think about the strategic implications of every tactical activity and vice versa.

It is easy to put off thinking about long-term strategies and focus on the “crisis du jour” or the constant flow of tactical activities.  The reality is that crisis, tactics, and strategy need to be considered as part of a continuum, with consideration given to each activity daily.  Each activity will impact the other.  Ignoring any of them will have consequences.
