Issue Identification Exercise

Providing a non-threatening, open environment to identify business impediments is easy.

It is remarkable how seemingly small operational issues that seldom surface can cause major impediments to a business’s success.  Many of these items never receive the proper visibility but seem to simmer and impact employee performance.  Providing an open environment where any and all issues can be shared can profoundly affect the organization.  Quite often, impediments are easily resolved once known.
