Introduction to Seven Principles

Establishing specific guidelines for behavior is critical for every organization.

There are a few universal issues that are common to all enterprises.  One example is the need for revenue for businesses and its counterpart, donations, for non-profit organizations.  One area of commonality that is probably the most important of all is the establishment and adherence to a set of fundamental principles of behaviors that should guide every action and interaction by all personnel in every instance.  Those principles form the foundation for the entire organization.
