Ground Rules

View problems as an opportunity and apply the Seven Business Principles to decisions.

There are two basic ground rules that individuals and groups of any size should consider during their decision-making process.  First, can the issue or problem being addressed be re-framed into a positive opportunity?  Second, will the proposed decision support all seven core business principles?  Consciously considering these two ground rules may seem inconvenient during the often hectic pace of business, but will result in more efficient outcomes.
