You will naturally share your plans for your new company with close friends and relatives first.  Some will quickly embrace your vision and want to be part of your plan.  Unfortunately, statistics show that most companies are not successful.  Either fundamental company issues or issues with those friends and relatives that you have brought into the business may put you in the unenviable position of having to terminate them.
