Time to market has become a major goal for product releases, but be sure to spend enough time

New development methodologies, such as Agile, have dramatically sped up the time-to-market of products.  With the near-constant involvement of customers or project owners, the resulting products generally stay on track and fulfill the requirements.  However, the inherent speed of these techniques often does not provide adequate time for reflection and considering the “what-if” conditions that may occur.
