Are You the Right Person

There are different skill sets required for an entrepreneur and a CEO.

On the surface, it doesn’t seem to make sense to ask yourself if you are the right person to run your newly planned company.  However, as the business starts and grows, the number and variety of tasks that must be performed increases at an incredible rate.  Carefully thinking through what you can do and do well and what areas you will need help will allow you to plant the seeds for a successful organization.
