Company Assessment Tool Advanced Version

A numeric rating system to help determine if an investment should be made in a company.

This is the Advanced version of an assessment tool that provides a framework to rate a company’s readiness for an investment.   It differs from the Basic version in that it includes summary features and the ability to add comments for each rating.  The evaluation results for both tools are the same.  A company can also use it to do a self-assessment to identify areas that might require further refinement.   It includes 75 factors divided into nine categories that should be rated.  The tool can be used to rate and compare three companies or used by three individuals to assess one company.  Articles 3.020504, 3.020505, and 8.020101 describe the tool.  A user manual is available in the next article, 80201012.  It is an Excel file with Macros.  It can be downloaded but not viewed on the site.
