Develop a standard Board Meeting template to minimize prep time.

Board Members understand that the primary job of the CEO is to manage the company to meet its success criteria.  Elaborate Board Meeting preparation is not necessary or even expected.  In fact, too much time and effort spent on Board Meeting preparation may result in some Members question the CEO’s judgment and priorities.  Prep work can be minimized by developing a standard approach that can be used in all meetings.  Board Members want to provide guidance and not sit as judgments of an inquisition.
