Management needs to be aware of how employees judge the company’s overall actions.
The Seven Business Principles defined in this collection are applicable to every organization. Their intent is to list key, prioritized, fundamental behaviors that define how a company should operate. Each employee should be familiar with each of these Principles and follow them to help ensure all of their actions support them or, at a minimum, are not in conflict with them. Naturally, employees will closely watch the company and all of its managers to judge their compliance with the Principles and mimic their actions accordingly. Management must consider the points of view of the employees regarding these Principles.
