Changing expectations by the company or the employee is a major cause of employee turnover.

Employee departures are inevitable for a variety of reasons.  During rapid growth periods, individual and company expectations change, and disillusionment can occur.  Being sensitive to this changing environment can help both employees and the company more readily understand and deal with the resulting issues.  Minimizing employee departures, or at least helping ensure that the departures are for the right reasons and not due to misunderstandings.
