Based on circumstances, people will fall into one of two categories: critics or creators.

Thinking of the causes and impacts of people as they act as either critics or creators can significantly help a person or an organization maximize each person’s contributions.  It is easy, through conscious or inadvertent action,s to move individuals from one category to the other.
