Customer discovery involves far more than socializing a plan with others.
The customer discovery process is far more involved than simply talking to prospects about what you intend to do and adjusting your plans accordingly. The interactive dialogue associated with this approach is certainly necessary but is not sufficient in providing the proper guidance to help a company chart a course for long-term success. The overall discovery process needs to consider what it will take to secure customer re-orders or strong recommendations to others.
