Changes cause disruptions and can result in negative attitudes that, left unchecked, can spread.
It usually starts small, with one or two employees becoming frustrated and negative with the changes that seem to be occurring. Their attitudes and, perhaps, negative actions can become infectious. As these changing attitudes become more common and obvious, they must be addressed openly and honestly to curtail their growth and fully institutionalize Principle Seven: Embrace Change.
